Blogs and Ends: Don’t Read This Post

I told you not to do that.

It’s no secret that Netflix marketing plan is throw some shit at the wall and see what sticks.

They are actually worse than Amazon in that way.

For every Dark Crystal reboot, they have about five of these things but I will grant this year’s crop from the big red N is unusually bad.

FIRST

Sexy Beasts

A furry dating show, not kidding, wish I was.

The absurd part is the pretense that these couples aren’t attractive under the makeup. You only have to look at the body types and you know they take too good care of themselves not to be decent looking.

NEXT

Q Force

A gay superhero team

Don’t click on this if you have not stomach for butthole jokes. It does have the least self aware tagline I’ve ever seen.

The comments from gays about this trailer are comedy gold. YouTube appears to be deleting them, my favorite is already gone. “I’m not Straight but I can learn.”

LAST

Final trailer is Cuphead Show.

For those not in the know, Cuphead is an indie game from MDHR studio. It’s a 2nd person side scroller, where you are up against a series of continuous boss-fights. The artwork is 1930s style noodle-arm animation. I didn’t find it that hard of a game but really it’s for animation fans more than hardcore gamers. Wayne Brady is an excellent choice for King Dice, the devil’s number 2 henchman.

Okay I’m done here.

Maybe we’ve been going about this all wrong – maybe Netflix is secretly run by Christians and this is all anti-LGBT propaganda.

North America’s getting soft, patrón, and the rest of the world is getting tough. Very, very tough. We’re entering savage new times, and we’re going to have to be pure and direct and strong, if we’re going to survive them. Now, you and this cesspool you call a television station and your people who wallow around in it, your viewers who watch you do it, they’re rotting us away from the inside. We intend to stop that rot.

Clarification needed on the Dark Crystal reboot… is that a Dark Herald recommends?

Suggestion for a future blog post, the Fast and Furious franchise is really confusing for those of us who only watched a couple of the movies here and there. Does anyone have a list of which of those movies in the franchise that are worth watching?

i was under the impression that if you had seen the first F&F you had seen them all?
      .
i’ve only seen the first two though, so i might be way out of the loop.

Of the ones I’ve seen, I’d recommend the first two, followed by the fourth and fifth. That’s The Fast and the Furious, 2 Fast 2 Furious, Fast and Furious, and Fast Five. The fourth and fifth were the high points of the series, but if you aren’t already a fan by that point or really hankering for more, I can’t really recommend the sixth through eighth entries.

Didn’t watch the third since it has next to nothing to do with the rest of the series and I haven’t seen Hobbs and Shaw either. Take those for what it’s worth.

The F&F movies are teenage boy wish fulfilment fantasy films. If you take them like that and can handle absurd physics, you might like them. It’s like Arnold and Stallone wiping out entire companies of opponents without getting a scratch.

Whiskey Tango Foxtrot. If you wanted to create a parody of woke programming, you could not have done better. They obviously have more money than sense if they can afford to fund shows that will appeal to pretty much no one.

“Don’t pander to the gays, they can smell it.”
    .
a not-so-amusing inversion. the pandering is about forcing breeders ( as the fags term us ) to submit to queerdom. queers aren’t offended by the pandering OR THEY WOULDN’T GO TO GAY DAYS AND PRIDE PARADES.
