Rebel Moon Trailer
It’s a trailer.
Here it is.
look at it.
Rebel Moon has all of Zack Snyder’s dullish and weird palette choices in evidence. As well as his love of the human form. I’m not complaining about that it’s a legitimate aesthetic choice that hasn’t really been used since Leni Riefenstahl went into early retirement for reasons I’m not going into here.
Beyond that I can’t tell much more about it other than it looks like what would happen if Warhammer 40K and Star Wars hate-fucked and produced a child that was raised by Luc Besson. This thing was originally pitched by Snyder to Kathleen Kennedy as a Star Wars project. And she turned him down.
Here’s the plot summary: When a colony on the edge of the galaxy finds itself threatened by the armies of the tyrannical Regent Balisarius, they dispatch a young woman with a mysterious past to seek out warriors from neighbouring planets to help them take a stand. So, it’s Battle Beyond the Stars.
Cool.
Since someone is bound to ask me. Yes, I’m going to do a RE:Play of Rebel Moon Rising as soon as I can download a copy that (a) runs on my rig and (b) doesn’t contain, as a courtesy extra, a virus that forces me to bleach bomb my hard drive yet again.
Here’s some gameplay for the curious.
Okay, I’m done here.
