Book of Boba Fett Not Trending on Twitter.
Buffy is, but not Boba.
Buffy is probably getting by on Halloween inertia but the Book of Boba Fett’s trailer just dropped on YouTube and it’s not getting any traction. When you see it you’ll know why.
I have no reason to watch this show. Admittedly, I was never much of a Boba-Boy but those that were don’t seem that excited either.
From what I can glean from the trailer, after murdering Bib Fortuna, Boba is promising to rule as an enlightened crime lord respecting the emotional needs of his capos. Exciting!
What’s next? A Star Wars show about yeast growing?
At least Temuera Morrison lost some weight for the role, and good for him. When you are sixty it probably does take something extra to get you back in the gym. Becoming an action star probably fits the bill.
If Gina Carano hadn’t happened maybe I could work up some interest, but even then it would be an effort.
As it is, this may be the first live-action Star Wars I skip entirely. Even as a reviewer.
