Disney Commits to the Critical Race Cult, Imposes “Training” Upon Its Employees

I knew Disney was going downhill fast but they have hit the Nitro button and thrown a lead brick on the accelerator.

A blockbuster leak of internal Disney training documents has hit the web. And at first, I honestly, thought they had to be fake. There was no way in hell Disney could sink this far, this fast. But the Disney watermarks have been clearly identified on these docs by independent corroboration. They are absolutely authentic Internal Disney documents.

Mickey the Great and Terrible has gone full-on Anti-White!

Please Note: A lot of this is from various Twitter pages so there are repeats of the specific facts peppered throughout. This is the raw story without massaging.

“The Walt Disney Company is engaging in divisive critical race theory and are allegedly having employees complete a “privilege checklist” while asking them to not engage in “white dominant culture.”

Disney’s internal documents include wording that seems to say “that white employees should “defund the police,” “participate in reparations,” “decolonize your bookshelf,” “don’t gentrify neighborhoods,” “find and join a local ‘white space,’” and “donate to anti-white supremacy work such at your local Black Lives Matter chapter.”

The second article encourages parents to commit to “raising race-consciousness in children” and argues that “even babies discriminate” against members of other races.”

Disney recommends that employees read a how-to guide called “75 Things White People Can Do for Racial Justice.” The article tells readers to “defund the police,” “participate in reparations,” “decolonize your bookshelf,” and “find and join a local ‘white space.

Finally, Disney has launched racially segregated “affinity groups” for minority employees, with the goal of achieving “culturally-authentic insights.” The Latino group was named “Hola,” the Asian group was named “Compass,” and the black group was named “Wakanda.”

Wakanda. They actually named the black group Wakanda. I assume the White group was called Dhimmi.

Theres’ more and you won’t be surprised by it.

The Walt Disney Corporation claims that America was founded on “systemic racism,” encourages employees to complete a “white privilege checklist,” and separates minorities into racially-segregated “affinity groups.”

“Disney sponsored the creation of a “21-Day Racial Equity and Social Justice Challenge” and recommended it to employees. The challenge begins with a lesson on “systemic racism” and tells participants they have “all been raised in a society that elevates white culture over others.”

Participants in these struggle sessions were asked to complete a “white privilege checklist”: “I am white,” I am heterosexual,” “I am a man,” “I still identify as the gender I was born in,” “I have never been raped,” “I don’t rely on public transportation,” and “I have never been called a terrorist.”

Check any of these and you are racist, sexist, homophope according to the Walt Disney Company.

“Disney recommends that employees read a how-to guide called “75 Things White People Can Do for Racial Justice.” The article tells readers to “defund the police,” “participate in reparations,” “decolonize your bookshelf,” and “find and join a local ‘white space.’

I assume members of the local “white space” spend every waking minute loathing their Whiteness.

Finally, participants are told they must “pivot” from “white dominant culture” to “something different.” The document claims that “competition,” “individualism,” “timeliness,” and “comprehensiveness” are “white dominant” values that “perpetuate white supremacy culture.”

Christopher Rufo reports, a Christian employee of Disney had the following to say about the rapidly-changing company: “I attended several [training sessions] at the beginning just to see what the temperature of the discussion would be and to gauge if I would be able to bring up my own objections in a safe way—safe meaning for my career. And I’ve continually gotten the unspoken answer: ‘no. It’s been very stifling to feel like everyone keeps talking about having open dialogue and compassionate conversations, but when it comes down to it, I know if I said one thing that was truthful, based on data, or even just based on my own personal experience, it would actually be rather unwelcomed.”

Some of the attributes which Disney claims in the training are part of “white dominate thinking” are individualism, competition, timeliness, and comprehensiveness.  The document also sees “white dominant culture” as one that only views things as “racist” or “not racist,” treating ideas and suggestions from non-senior employees in leadership as a “threat,” and fearing open conflict.

Disney does offer “different alternatives” for those who might be living with “white privilege” like “holding contradictory thoughts and feelings, collaborating with stakeholders on all levels, working on community collaborations and learning how to take direct, constructive feedback. Which I assume means admit to any thought crime you are accused of and find new ways to decry your whiteness.

The link goes to Newsweek, they have this now.

The original article is at Christopher Rufo’s website.

I await Disney’s clarification statement with considerable interest. But until that sees the light of day, it must be assumed that according to Disney, if you are White then you are sub-human.

Developing.
