Jude Law Was NOT Kyle Katarn

Jude Law Was NOT Kyle Katarn

I published a rumor from a new source back in July, long before Skelton Crew was released. I was more than a little leery about this new source. Normally I try to get some kind of confirmation that the guy is who he says he is but that isn’t always possible. I shouldn’t have run it but I did. I goofed, my bad, I own it.

The rumor was that the Unnamed Force User, Jude Law was playing in Star Wars Skeleton Crew would be the long-banished from canon Kyle Katarn. By itself the rumor seemed unlikely, however, Katarn had recently been included in a new card game that Disney was putting out even though everything he did in the Expanded Universe has been credited to Cassian Andor.

Everybody else was saying that it was Valen Halcyon who was repeatedly mentioned in the Obi-Wan Show.

He wasn’t either of those things, he was One-Eyed Willy.

Effectively anyway. The character’s Retarded Star Wars name was Jod Na Nawood. Anyway, he was the space pirate in this show about the Space Goonies. Fine, I don’t care, I didn’t watch it. I had planned to, but general interest in this new Star Wars show was so universally low that there was no point in my wasting time on it. After the next couple of failures, Disney will start blaming the franchise itself for no longer being relevant in the 21st century.

As for Kyle Katarn he is back in the canon…

*takes deep shuddering breath to steady himself*

Kylo Ren killed him because Katarn wouldn’t tell him if there were any more Jedi left somewhere. Luke barely escaped from his nephew, although he was heartbroken about losing Kyle.

And here you thought you were done hating the stupid shit the LucasFilm Story Group keeps coming up with. But you were wrong.

So, so very wrong.
