Dave Filoni Named Chief Creative Officer at LucasFilm
Oh good. Star Wars is saved.
This just means that he now has the title as well as the job.
Although, it does spike the rumor that Jon Favereau was offered the position. Truth be said it was kind of hard to believe after last season’s Mandalorian, where he had clearly dropped the reins and walked away. Now it is the kind of thing that Bob Iger would do but Favereau would be nuts to stay in that asylum when he can go to a much better asylum at Warner Brothers.
At this point no first rate creative talent will sign with Disney.
